Sunday Breathwork Series | Three Sundays, Three Ceremonies

You are invited to join me on the beautiful shores of Lake Hayes to journey into the breath over three Sunday evenings – October 5th, 12th and 19th, from 6:00pm–8:00pm.
If you’ve been curious about breathwork, this is the perfect time to dive in. I’m keeping the group small and asking for a commitment to all three ceremonies, so you can feel safe and comfortable enough to go deep with this medicine.
We’ll be working with conscious connected breathing to access a state of altered consciousness. This technique takes you out of your thinking brain and into your body – unlocking the wisdom within yourself, your subconscious, and the superconscious.
Every journey is different for everyone, and each ceremony will bring you exactly what you need in that moment.
As we emerge from winter hibernation and prepare to bloom into new versions of ourselves, maybe you’re feeling ready to release what no longer serves you. Perhaps you’re noticing limitations that hold you back, and this practice can help move those blocks. Maybe your body is carrying emotions you’re not even aware of, manifesting as tension, injury or illness. Or perhaps you’re simply longing to reconnect with yourself, your intuition, and your higher purpose.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for revealing, releasing, and transforming. It may sound like a fad, or maybe like something a bit “woo-woo,” but this medicine has been used in ritual and spiritual spaces for as long as our history goes back. Our ancestors sat around fires breathing together in ceremony – my hope is that this ancient wisdom awakens something in your bones.
After each activating journey, you will be supported into deep relaxation and restoration.
Know that you can show up exactly as you are – tired, stressed, anxious, scared – it’s all welcome here.
If you have questions, please reach out. No question is a silly question.
Private message me or email [email protected] to reserve your spot – the investment is $120 for all three sessions.
With love and excitement,
Shantelle
