About this Event
Artists transpire many emotions through their work, often artists can become blocked, or feel like they are along on a long journey - this group is for creative minded people, and led by artist and Kriya Yoga initiate Satnam Ananda.
Join us for Sunday Artists Reset, an intentional gathering designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through meditation, music, and connection.
We’ll explore powerful practices inspired by:
- Steven Pressfield's The Artist's Journey
- The four paths of yoga as written in the108 Upanishads
- Kriya-based meditation and Advaita Vedanta philosophy
This group will feel like a think tank for artists and creators—a space to recharge and reconnect with the true nature of reality and creative flow. Through guided exercises, silence, and music, we’ll open a portal to the “void”—the blank canvas where infinite ideas are born.
After meditation, we’ll host a book swap. Bring a book to share, and take home one that inspires you. This group will serve as a space to share ideas, and also provide tools for meditation, as well as tools for creativity, manifestation, cultivating positive and creative energy, as well as mental health clarity.
