Uncovering ease. With so much of life, effort is valued: 'try harder, do more, be better.' A Feldenkrais class is an exploratory practice of uncovering ease: what can you let go of - refining an action, making it smoother, simpler and more supported. Recognising the value of rest as space for processing, observing, digesting, integrating. Cultivating awareness and the ability to listen to the sensations of your body as useful information. The class is guided by rhetorical questions and invitations to figure out new coordination patterns; it’s a practice of awakening curiosity, experimentation and adaptability to different situations.
