This course is a one day and will teach you how to create food safe structures, how to stack up and carve in complex shapes before moving on and showing you how to sculpt hyper real horse features. You can carry on to create a perfect unicorn or if you prefer you can pre-colour paste and create your very own horse! Happy for you to work from references if you have your own horse or know a horse lover!This class is wonderfully creative giving your free-reign over the colour and style of your horse/ unicorn. Just let me know in advance if you have a particular colourway in mind so I can make sure i’m bringing the right supplies with me.

Class will start at 9am so please arrive at 8.30am to drop off your supplies before parking up so we can set up and be ready to start at 9am. Class will finish by 6pm at the latest.
You will be asked to bring with you a 12 inch square cake and 800g of ganache. Full recipes and assistance will be provided to help you with this. I ask you to bring these so that you learn to bake larger cakes and practice your ganache making skills! It also means you can cater for individual dietary or allergen needs and personal circumstance.
