Calling all beautiful women looking for softness sharing and soul connection. We are Sundari a collective of women on the search for a safe space to open their hearts share their rawness shine their inner beauty and create long-lasting meaningful friendships with fellow sisters. Sundari means 'beautiful woman' in Sanskrit and that's exactly how we hope you'll feel at the end of each of our community events connected to your divine feminine and to a sisterhood of other beautiful women whether new friends or old.
Sundari sister Alicia is super excited to be bringing Sundari women's circles with cacao chants meditation free-movement altered-state breathwork sound-healing and a safe space to share and connect with other beautiful sisters to Bromsgrove! We will be working with the seasons the moon cycles and whatever else is going on astrologically to tailor you an evening of nourishment release and deep healing. All we ask of you is to bring your whole raw self and remember that every part of you is welcome in this inclusive and sacred space. This is a chance for you to be seen heard and held whilst making new beautiful connections with other women.
Alicia's experience is vast and varied. She is the owner of Holistic At Heart and has 25 years experience as a Holistic Consultant Therapist and Wellbeing Trainer. She is also a Kundalini Tantra Yoga Teacher NLP Practitioner Trauma Specialist Female Empowerment Coach and Numerologist. She is trained in the unique Integral Sound Healing Method which is a powerful process that deals effectively with the underlying causes of pain dis-ease and illness helping you deal effectively with health relationships or life challenges that you may be facing.
Holistic At Heart creates nurtures and maintains an environment of growth challenge and unlimited potential for women validating freedom of body mind and spirit by cultivating the awareness of the interconnection within the self and between self circumstances community and environment to affect attitudinal change regarding health and wellness.
Alicia's background means she has a deep understanding of the science behind the inner and outer challenges we face in life. Her business has been moulded through her great desire to be of service and she has supported empowered and guided women in a variety of ways throughout her career history.
This event will take place on the 3rd Friday of each month at the Well being Tree Bromsgrove. Please arrive for a 6:30pm prompt start and we will close our circle at 9pm.
Each Ticket Will Include The Following:
- 2.5 hour women's circle
- Opening and closing sharing circle to get to know your Sundari sisters
- Holistic practices and guidance
- Sound healing
- Cacao ceremony
- Meditation altered-state breathwork and free-movement
- Use of yoga mat and props

- Your authentic self
- A journal/piece of paper and pen
- Comfortable clothes you can move in and some warmer layers for towards the end of the circle when you lie down and get cosy
