Super excited to announce that this Sunday Phoenix is back at SunDance and taking us on a journey to the SACRED PLAYGROUNDNo matter how young or old we are, play is an essential part of our humanness. It keeps us in touch with the parts of us that want to roll in the grass, sing with abandon, laugh until our bellies ache, cuddle, reach out, hold hands.
Somewhere along life’s path, many of us were told to “grow up,” to slowly forget that we belong to nature, to silence the spark and to carry weight our wings were never meant to hold.
We are children of the Earth and the sky, rooted and boundless all at once. We are made of starfire and soil, of rivers and sky; alive with longing, with wonder, with passion and magic.
When we take the time to see, feel, taste, and experience the beauty and wonder in each moment, we remember we live within a Sacred Playground.
