About this Event
We may live for the skiing more than film festivals, but there’s a shared mountain story here. Whether it’s carving lines in snow or carving new terrain in film, Park City and Sundance will forever be linked as cultural cousins born from the Wasatch! Founded by actor Robert Redford, Sundance’s old school, Aspen-like atmosphere and promotion of the arts helped put Park City on the cultural map. In addition, Redford’s character in his classic ski-themed “Downhill Racer” embodied the trailblazing spirit and love for the mountains that inspired our Merino Downhill Racr™ Series.
Join us for a relaxed afternoon with coffee, light drinks, local snacks and giveaways — all rooted in ski culture and community. Come hang, learn the story behind our Downhill Racr™ and toast the mountain heritage that shaped both Sundance and KÜHL.
