Join us on New Year’s Day for Sun + Sound, a special workshop designed to awaken your inner light and align you with your New Year Intentions.Together, we’ll flow through 108 Sun Salutations, a transformative ritual to release the past, ignite your intentions, and step boldly into your year ahead. This empowering practice will be followed by a soothing sound bath, inviting you to relax deeply and integrate the energy of renewal. We will end with a closing circle.

Sun + Sound is priced on a sliding scale from $20 to $35. Minimum of 10 students for workshop to take place.
