This is a private, after-hours event exclusively for our singles community, which means you’ll receive:

We’re excited to host this special speed dating experience inside Park Kiely, a vibrant apartment community in San Jose that’s so much more than just a place to live. Nestled in a lively neighborhood with restaurants, parks, and entertainment nearby, Park Kiely offers a taste of resort-style living with amenities you’d typically only see on a tour — including sparkling pools, fitness spaces, pet-friendly areas, outdoor courts, and open floor plans that make every home feel spacious and inviting.
As an event attendee, you’ll get exclusive after-hours access to model units and community spaces — a peek behind the scenes that you wouldn’t get on a regular tour — plus the chance to connect with leasing representatives and enjoy a truly unique backdrop for meeting new people. It’s the perfect blend of lifestyle exploration and social fun!
How it will go
4PM Arrival Time: This is when you will be welcomed with your first wine pour. Help yourself to the d'oeuvres, enter the raffle, and enjoy tunes from the DJ!
4:30PM Speed Dating Begins: 15 women and 15 men plus 1 Park Kiely apartment manager will get the chance to speed date! This is no typical speed dating event though. Every round we will provide a talking topic. Think of your favorite movie genre, ideal date night in, or most embarrassing childhood memory. We want to skip the awkward small talk and get into some fun topics! Why the apartment manager in the mix? Well think as them as a talking break! Because they will pitch to you why Park Kiely is a great place to live. Plus they are pouring you your 2nd glass of wine!
5PM Speed Dating Ends: We will start breaking up the 30 singles into small groups to head off 1 by 1 to tour a 1-2 bedroom floor plan. Once in the floor plan you will be met with your final glass of wine.
5:30PM Raffle Time! Trust me when I say you will want to stay till the end. Park Kiely has some stellar prizes for a few lucky singles.
6PM Event concludes!

The venue is Wheelchair accessible and there is no cloakroom for attendees
