Choolaah Indian BBQ and Flows and Grows are coming together to host a Sun Salutations yoga event to help Eclipse Hunger in Westlake. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
Bring your own yoga mat and enjoy a 60 minute session followed by complimentary Choolaah beverages.
About Flows amd Grows
Flows and Grows is a yoga studio inside a plant shop at Crocker Park. We focus on challenging you to take your yoga practice off the mat. By planting deep roots during your practice, exploring your mind + body limits, and learning how to integrate your lessons you will begin to grow in every area of your life. Our yoga flows mirror the growth of plants. We believe that life presents itself to us in a series of flows similar to the way a flow of water or wind can nurture us, challenge us, while simultaneously giving us exactly what we need in that moment.
