Join Andrea (practicum teacher at Wild Root Yoga) for 90 minutes of sun salutations. This meditative practice is a beautiful way to connect with the body, focus on an intention, and make the mind/body/breath connection, all while in motion. Traditionally, 108 sun salutation are completed. While there will not be counting done by the instructor, you are welcome to bring your own tracking, if you wish to complete 108.
