Join us on Saturday, December 13th from 1-3pm for Sun Moon Yoga Flow with Reiki and Sound Bath,
led by Dawn Smelser of Motherheart Yoga Sangha.
Find balance between effort and ease, light and shadow, movement and stillness in this special two-hour experience that honors both the sun and the moon within us all.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and a gentle, flowing yoga sequence inspired by the energy of the sun—warming, activating, and empowering. As the flow softens, we’ll shift into calming lunar-inspired poses to restore, release, and invite receptivity.
Throughout the practice, Reiki energy will be offered to support healing and harmony on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. We’ll close with a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to soothe the nervous system and integrate your practice.
This workshop is suitable for all levels—no prior yoga, Reiki, or sound bath experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed, balanced, and centered.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and an open heart.
