Starting in April, seasonal monthly Talk & Walks will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 3-5pm. 🌳🍄We'll build coping skills & develop a support system, while focusing on nature therapy. 🌱 This group is open to both women and men. Facilitator is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Level IV Usui Reiki Master, and certified wild mushroom hunter.
