Feel welcome to join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Flow Yoga class at Casa, Upper Dance Studio. This weekly class has been taking place for over 10 years! You'll find us on Sunday's from September through May at 10:15am - 11:15am (MST). No class on December 22 or 29/24.Suggested Class Cost: Students - $5/$10, General - $10/$15
Three methods of payment:
i) Folks can pay cash at venue,
ii) Etransfers can be made to: [email protected] or
iii) Sign up at: popupyoga-lethbridge.com
Please note, these classes are made possible by a "pay what you can" system. If you are able to pay for class, please do. This allows us to continue to be sustainable in a number of ways including holding a rental space year round and that our instructors are paid fairly for their time and energy.
If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us.
