John Sasso is an avid hiker and Adirondack historian. His research focuses on the history of Adirondack peaks and early land surveys.
His work has been featured in the Adirondack Aimanack, Adirondack PEEKS, and the Adirondack Journal of Environmental Studies. He also founded the popular Facebook. group, "History and Legends of the Adirondacks."
