Join former winemaker, Colin Kay, and his daughter Elspeth for a behind-the-scenes tour of their heritage-listed winery. Learn about their traditional winemaking methods using open brick fermenters built in the 1890s and our 1928 basket press. Taste wine from the barrel in their historic stone cellars.After the tour, enjoy a summer tasting flight plus a tasting plate of local produce.
This special tour is offered through the SummerVines Festival for AUD90 per person (including the tasting). Places are limited, so bookings are essential. Allow 2 hours for the tour and tasting experience. Tours available 18, 19, 25 and 26 January.
