What to Expect
Simplify. Connect. Celebrate. Prepare for an evening that engages all senses and aspects of your being.
Wear comfy clothes for yoga, meditation, and dance. Have layers for indoors and outdoors.
Open Drum Circle: Participation encouraged! Drums provided, but bring yours if you have one.
Celebrate with Ayurvedic Tea & Vedic Fire Ceremony: Bring your intentions for the summer. Create and manifest your intentions.
Ecstatic Dance: The evening culminates in freeform, judgement free, movement.
