The Cosy Orangery Cafe will be selling yummy treats & hot drinks that will keep you refreshed all day long alongside the alfresco Prosecco cart that will be serving a choice of alcoholic drinks & none alcho for the drivers for the finish to your day with us.

Early bird tickets
Info: The fair will open at 9.30am to early bird ticket holders only where the courtyard will be filled with brocante sellers & our favourite barista to enjoy a relaxed start to your day before the crowds come at 11am. Then main house & marquee on the lawn opens at 10am to enjoy the majestic manor house & grounds filled with even more fabulous exhibitors
