Summerjam is a European reggae festival. It takes places annually in July at the Fühlinger See, which is a lake located in Cologne, Germany. The event usually attracts a large audience.Two stages and two tents are located on an island, with the camping area surrounding the lake.

How does the order work?

Simply add the tickets you want to your virtual shopping basket. Then select how you would like to pay for your order and enter the necessary data.

As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder – often your mailbox is pre-sorted for you. 

Are there any discounts for people accompanying people with disabilities?

We operate on the principle of "2 for 1": you as a person with a "B" in your ID will be issued a personalized free ticket and pay the festival ticket for your companion. Prior registration is necessary for this.

Note: If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as we have received the full amount. 

Is there a difference between hardtickets and e-tickets?

The e-ticket arrives in your e-mail inbox as soon as we receive your payment and you can either print it out or save it on your mobile device to show it to us paperless on site.

The lovingly designed hardticket takes a few days to process and ship. We send hardtickets by mail (Deutsche Post Ag) and you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your hardticket order is on its way to you.
