Summerfest Vendor

We are excited for summer in Wayland! So excited we host an annual festival to celebrate. We would like to invite several vendors to come help us make this event a huge success!

Food Trucks:

If you are a food vendor - please do not use this as a sign-up. If you are interested in this event, please email [email protected]

VENDORS:

If you are a direct sale vendors or have multiple vendors in the area, please email me first before you sign-up to make sure there are not multiple vendors. All vendors MUST submit at least (3) photos of their products to be accepted. Please send all photos to [email protected] with the title – Summerfest Vendor. If you do not hear back within a week, please call 269-525-2323 to make sure the email was received. We will let you know if you are accepted.

Space is limited to 70. This is a first come first serve vendor ever for sign-up. You will receive additional information once you are accepted.

Details on the event:

June 13-14th downtown Wayland (streets will be closed).

The event starts Friday night at 5pm and ends at 10pm, then again on Saturday from 1pm-6pm. We will have security overnight to watch over all the product. If you can only do Saturday or Friday, please let me know. Saturday set-up for vendors will start at 10am.

All vendors must arrive by 2pm for set-up. Cars are allowed on the streets for unloading before 4pm. Limited cars will be allowed for loaded due to safety, it will be blocked off to pedestrians. Packing up will be at 7pm on Saturday or 10pm on Friday.

Price - Vendor spaces are $30 for 1 space. If you wish for more than one space, please purchase the amount.

Booth Sizes - Booth sizes are 10' x 10'.

Parking - The vendors will be set-up on South Main and Pine. There are parking lots around the area that you will be able to park. Additional information will come as well approach Summerfest.

Vendors – you are responsible for bringing all the items you will need including chairs, tables, booths and more. This is event is outside rain or shine.
