Each 90 minute session, led by one of our certified yoga instructors with our lead Children’s Program instructor,
having drawn up amazing lesson plans for our camps to include:
?♂️ Age-appropriate, fun and creative story-building yoga sessions, which also bring about guided visualization and foster interaction!
? Breathwork using visualization and hands-on activities!
? Time for creativity with various age-appropriate creating activities!
?️ Spending time in a calm, nurturing space of self-love and acceptance, The Yoga Plant where we connect with ourselves, community and nature!
