Begin your Summer with Trilogy Sanctuary, in the beautifully quaint hilly seaside village of La Jolla, San Diego. Immerse yourself in this transformative journey with the intention of shedding a few layers, undoing habitual patterns that are keeping you stuck or stagnant, and fully allowing yourself to step into the radiance of your own lightness of being!
This unique training will be taking place at Trilogy's ocean-view rooftop, Earth Room as well as little excursions to the La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Shores parks. Our intention is to create an experience that will leave you refreshed and awakened to a new sense of self, as well as a safe space to fully immerse yourself, one where you will not only be surrounded by nature's beauty but stimulated to focus and dive into your transformative learning/unlearning process fully supported and nurtured to heal and regenerate your energy and spirit.
This 20-day immersion is a comprehensive 200hr YTT where you will be guided by our YTT lead, Gabrielle Blachley, as well as our eclectic and extraordinary staff of healers, doctors, teachers, performers, activists, and devoted passionate humans who want their lives impressions to be purely positive ones!
Committing to an immersion can be daunting, but we promise it will be life-changing. The consistency of this immersion will encourage discipline with new life rituals and healthier behavioral patterns. Each day you will step onto the yogic path with more awareness of your actions and thoughts, how you breathe and the power of breath to change your relationship to life, daily meditation and group classes, and practice teaching to develop a life-changing life tool. The intimacy of this time and space will create life-long friendships and bonds and you will be encouraged and supported to courageously dive in and allow your most authentic self to emerge and flourish in the divine essence of Summer's rejuvenating energy and light!
