🌞 Yoga is back for the summer at Moon Hollow Brewery! Move, breathe, and sip your way through the season.
Join Casey-Jean (CJ) Miller, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, for a gentle, grounding yoga flow designed to help you shake off stress, ease tension, and reconnect with yourself—one breath at a time.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already in your flow, this practice is here to support your body and mind through the summer heat.
📍 Where: Moon Hollow Brewery, Blacksburg, VA
🗓 When: Third Sunday of July, August, and September. This is the LAST session of the summer: September 21st
🕤 Time: 10:30 – 11:30 AM (Arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled)
💵 Cost: $20 (includes your drink of choice—beer, nitro cold brew latte, hard seltzer, or another N/A option)
🧘 What to Bring: Yoga mat; if you tend to run cold, a light layer might be appreciated in the taproom
✨ No pre-registration required. Simply arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled. No experience needed—just come as you are.
