This getaway will provide the perfect way to transition out of a busy summer. It will create space to slow down and honour the transition of the season.

Over 3 days & 2 nights Carolyn Anne Budgell will guide you in exploring practices for cultivating slowness and spaciousness within. On this restful retreat we will enjoy spa yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathing practices to give the entire system a reset. While immersed in nature with like-minded beings, the invitation will be to take stock, release and listen with more clarity.

With nourishing meals by Nectar, the opportunity to be in nature and plenty of rest this retreat will leave you inspired and clear.

This retreat is best suited to anyone who is interested in deepening their relationship to rest and self-care.

LOCATION

This retreat will take place at Nectar Yoga, a beautiful sanctuary 20 mins off the coast of Vancouver on the ancestral and unceded territory of Nexwlélexwm (Bowen Island, BC). Our practice space at Nectar is in a beautiful geodesic dome that is nestled into the trees alongside a babbling creek. The entire experience will fill you with all the grounding and reconnection you seek.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $300 deposit is non-refundable. Please note that it is the responsibility of the participant to schedule travel and plan accordingly to arrive on time. Please note that there shall be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, extreme weather situations or any force majeure conditions, as well as travel delays or illness.

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses.

If you need to cancel and there is adequate advance notice, the remainder (after the non-refundable deposit) might be refunded, only if your spot is filled.

ABOUT CAROLYN...

Carolyn Anne Budgell (BA, ERYT 200, Kula 75, Prenatal, Yin) discovered yoga in 1999 as a ski bum in Whistler. She is now mainly a meditation guide (and lifelong student!). She has been guiding yoga + meditation trainings, retreats & corporate events worldwide for over 13 years. Carolyn has had the privilege of sharing mindfulness and yoga tools through various platforms: Insight Timer, Wanderlust Festivals, lululemon, Love Your Brain, Mala Collective and many more. Most recently, her personal studies have taken her into the worlds of Breathwork, Yin, Traumatic Brain Injury and End-of-Life Support. Thanks to her guides Ana Forrest, Michelle St Pierre, Tara Brach, Schuyler Grant and Clara Roberts-Oss, she leads from an inviting, relatable, and lighthearted place and encourages others to remember that it’s never too late to breathe deeply, to grow, and to change.
