Join us for a summertime, midday break featuring a simple practice of Yoga plus Qigong, followed by an extended Savasana Gong Sound Session. Kathy Barrett and Laura Caylor are teaming up, once again, to share their passions in Mind/Body Connection and Sound Transformation. The event will be held at the Greenville Indoor Rowing Studio.
