About your facilitator:
Christiana is a recent transplant to Chattanooga from NYC. She has been practicing yoga for almost two decades, and was manager of two yoga/pilates studios in Brooklyn before the global shutdown. She obtained her Teacher Certification from Vinyasa Yogashala in Rishikesh, India, and her style of teaching fuses traditional hatha yoga, a heavy emphasis on pranayama, and vedic astrology as it correlates to chakra centers on the body.
