Summer Yoga Immersion over 3 days, with morning and afternoon sessions. 6.30am-8.30am & 4-6pm. Sunday the 28th of Dec through to Tuesday the 30th.Join me, Waratah Karleu for a gentle dive into yoga. Bringing together all the elements, Meditation, Asana (body postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques). To quiet, calm, energise and restore you on all levels. All infused with a backdrop of yogic philosophy.
Ideally you will have at least some yoga experience of at least 6 months. The classes will accomodate you for wherever your practice is at beyond that.
About me. I have been a practicing yogini for over 30 years...teaching for over 20. It has been my love, my rock and my passion since my very first class. My learning and trainings have been within the Iyengar tradition. Known for it's use of props, to better access the poses and focused on precision of alignment for body safety and to best facilitate the flow of prana (life force energy) throughout the body.

Bookings can be made for the morning or afternoon sessions, or for the complete intensive. Individual sessions may be attended with prior arrangement.
