What you need to bring: You may wish to bring a bottle of water. Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and that you do not have a full stomach.
What to expect: Join Libby Pinkess and Dr. Nicholas Peters for an energising yoga flow, followed by a relaxing sound bath. Libby guides you through a feel good yoga flow with uplifting and energising asanas. This is followed by a blissful and relaxing sound bath with Nick, featuring the sounds of Himalayan bowls, Koshi wind chimes, and other sacred instruments.
Please note that the sound bath will feature the use of slowly swirling ‘nebula’ light projections on the ceiling to make for a more immersive experience in sound and light. As such, if you are photosensitive, please consider bringing a blindfold to wear.
Booking is essential due to the limited number of spaces available.
Spaces are limited so booking is essential. All bookings are non-refundable. If you find that you cannot attend, you can transfer your booking to a friend.
Contraindications: Please note that sound baths are unsuitable for:
• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy. (If you are in the second or third trimester, it is safe to attend sound baths, but please let me know.)
• Anyone with a pacemaker, stent, mechanical shunt, or any other metal implants in your body (with the exception of tooth fillings).
• Anyone with a sound-sensitive condition (such as sound-triggered epilepsy).
• Children under the age of 10 years.
