About the Instructor - Kashera
Kashera "Kae" Pilgrim is a Certified Yoga Instructor with CorePower Yoga Falls Church. Her journey into yoga began from a longing for self-connection, a journey she now encourages her students to explore during each class she leads. She specializes in Slow Flow Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. Beyond her mat, she finds joy in reading, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and cat. Join her for a slow flow that nurtures both your body and mind!
