Our Wellness Workshops take a wholistic approach to fitness, wellbeing and wellness_ working diligently with the inner being and inspiring transformation through self care, self knowledge and self awareness.

The Summer Wellness Workshops, include fitness sessions, Yoga, breathwork, restorative meditation, vision building, introduction to plant & conscious eating, detoxification, plus much more wholistic edutainment.

The workshops are designed to assist you to usher in a more centered, peaceful state of being, plus open your mind up to living lyfe more wholistically_ Soul, Spirit, Mind, Body. You will acquire powerful lyfe transforming tools to nurture your health, fitness, wellbeing, and create more success in every aspect of your lyfe.

What to expect from our Summer Wellness Workshop:

This workshop experience brings together a talented and knowledgeable group of Wholistic health practitioners, Yoga instructors, Fitness trainers, Therapist and Nutritionist who are ready and eager to assist you along your personal wholistic journey. Our staff are professionally trained and are actively creating a more wholistic lyfe for themselves, their families and communities. They wish to share this lyfe enhancing experience with you.

1. Full Body Fitness Sessions: designed to connect your spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
2. Restorative Meditation: aiding to reduce and prevent depression, stress and anxiety.
3. Enjoy our Vision Building Experience and start to piece together the world that you've (in)visioned inside our Art & Visualization Sessions.
4. Yoga Sessions: to assist in restoring and improving your physical balance, center emotions, plus raise your frequency to more progressive levels.
5. Introduction to Plant & Conscious Eating: for those looking to transform their nutritional intake through incorporating nature's greens, plants, nuts and fruits.
6. Mind Science: exploring the art and science of focused and progressive thinking.
7. Breathwork Sessions: these breathing workshops will explore breathing exercises to help clear your mind, help improve your digestive system and overall well being.

With these powerful, and exhilarating programs and activities you will gain simple, yet practical tools to living lyfe more wholistically through incorporating self-care practices such as; Yoga (Wholistic Stretching), Breathwork, Fitness, Meditation, Vision building, plus much more.
