Summer Wellness Series

SUMMER WELLNESS SERIES - Enjoy weekly complimentary classes at The City of Lougheed for the month of July. We are offering rotating classes focused on Fitness, Wellness and Families. All classes will be hosted on Promenade Patio on the upper level across from Great Wall Tea. Please note classes may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, all attendees will be notified via email in advance.

• Friday, July 5: Zumba (ages 12+)
• Saturday, July 6: Yoga (ages 12+)
• Friday, July 12: Kiddie Yoga (ages 5+)
• Saturday, July 13: Zumba x Burnaby Pride (ages 12+)
• Friday, July 19: Zumba (ages 12+)
• Saturday, July 20: Bootcamp (ages 12+)
• Friday, July 26: Zumba (ages 12+)
• Saturday, July 27: Fitness Class (TBD)

ZUMBA - This class combines pop music with easy-to-follow moves. No equipment is required for this class.

TO BE PREPARED FOR CLASS, BRING:

• Supportive, clean running shoes and workout attire
• Water bottle
• A big smile and positive spirit!

YOGA - Yoga Flow aims to provide a joyful and focused yoga journey, seeking correct alignment, building balance and flexibility.

TO BE PREPARED FOR CLASS, BRING:

• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• A big smile and positive spirit!

KIDDIE YOGA - Bring your littles to a fun and engaging yoga session focusing on basic chair yoga poses and mindfulness.

TO BE PREPARED FOR CLASS, BRING:

• Equipment will be provided for kids
• Water bottle
• A big smile and positive spirit!

BOOTCAMP/FITNESS

TO BE PREPARED FOR CLASS, BRING:

• Supportive, clean running shoes and workout attire
• Water bottle
• A big smile and positive spirit!

NOTE

• If you are feeling unwell, do not join the class.
• Classes can accommodate up to 15 guests.
• This class is outdoors, located on Promenade Patio (across from Great Wall Tea).
• You must bring your own equipment – if you forget your yoga mat, you will not be permitted to take the class.
• Book your spot online. No walk-ins permitted.
• We do not allow for multiple no-shows.
• If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please email [email protected] to cancel your booking to allow someone else to use your spot.
