Summer Wellbeing Walk in Elvaston's Nature Reserve

The guided walk will include a mix of information on the nature reserve and our current project, Nurturing Nature, sponsored by Severn Trent, as well as providing opportunities to chat to other attendees and Derbyshire MIND colleagues. The walk will end with a hot drink and biscuit in the Gothic Hall.

The event will last approximately 2 hours.
