As the days grow longer and warmer, it’s time to celebrate the beauty of spring and the charm of wedding season! Join us at Parkwood for a Retro Bridal-Themed Heritage Hat Fashion Show, where we’ll bring out our finest vintage-inspired wedding hats and take a nostalgic journey through bridal fashion and etiquette from the 1920s to the 1950s.Delight in the pastel hues of satin and tulle as we showcase the trends of yesteryear. Learn about the customs and traditions that shaped Canadian bridal showers of the early 20th century, all while enjoying a unique and elegant experience.
Get Involved: To encourage community spirit and support, we kindly request guests to bring a jar of store-bought pickles for donation to the local food bank.
As this event takes place in our Sunroom/Loggia, there are several steps to the lower level. If anyone in your party has mobility issues please do let us know a minimum of 7 days in advance of the event.
