About this Event
Spend time reflecting on the transition of summer to fall and welcome this new season. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, forest therapy walks have proven health benefits including stress reduction, lower cortisol levels, reduced blood pressure, and improved immunity. Class is designed for everyone, whether you are a beginner or experience forest bather.
Registration is required and space is limited.
