Spend your morning immersed in everything swimming! We will spend part of the morning talking about technique, watching videos for reference, fun group activities, and dryland training. The second part of the morning will be spent in the water working on our technique, endurance, and overall swimming skills.
Adults will drop off swimmers in the lobby at 9:00am and will pick up their swimmers on the pool deck at 12:00pm
Swimmers should wear comfortable clothing and sneakers to work in and bring suits, towels, snacks and hydration.
