Coach Denajha is a 1:1 online health and fitness coach and former track & field athlete who specializes in dynamic and explosive strength and conditioning training. She's helped hundreds of women build lean muscle mass, strengthen their core, & improve their athleticism via her coaching app, Denajha Meloniece Coaching. Coach Isoken specializes in glute building, muscle gain and strength training. Over the past 5 years, she’s been able to put on over 30lbs of lean muscle and has helped inspire and motivate others in their journey through her online programming, Slayisofit.com as well as in person 1:1 training. You’re NOT going to want to miss her lower body segment so make sure you get them knees ready!<h4>NICOLE CARLUCCI, NASM-CPT ()</h4>
Coach Nicole specializes in body recomp and her transformation truly says it all! Nicole practices what she preaches by emphasizing the importance of nutrition and consistency. Her 1:1 coaching app, Get Fit With Nicc has helped women overcome not onlt physical barriers, but mental barriers. Coach Leilani is a personal trainer whose versatile background in HIIT, Pilates and strength training makes her one powferful force.
