Picnic food, drinks and chairs are welcome – no glass, please. 🚫
Get to know the line up:
🎵 Jennine Bailey and her band
Enjoy your favourite songs by The Beatles re-imagined by Jennine and her band. They’ll take you on a jazz and blues inspired journey of Beatles classics such as “Blackbird”, “I wanna hold your hand”, “Come together”, “Here comes the sun”, “Let it be”, and much more.
Relax and unwind to music that feels both familiar and new with its unique and inimitable infusion of jazz and blues.
🎵 WooHoo Trio
An emerging band from Canterbury, the WooHoo Trio is a collection of excited and voracious musicians who like to push their boundaries by placing themselves into new musical contexts.
Up and coming pianist Sung Woo Han is joined by a stellar line-up of established musicians – Theo Henderson on bass, Frank Stedman on percussion/drums, and Betty Barouni on vocals.
For Summer Sundays, they’ll be exploring the sounds of Latin jazz and playing with the constraints and freedoms that come with using congas and a hi-hat in place of a full drum kit.
🎵 King Tubbs
King Tubbs bring groovy twists to epic tunes – from the likes of The Doors, Jimi Hendrix and JJ Cale – and expertly layer up a warm and full sound.
The multi-talented duo play a range of instruments, with Harry Harrison on guitar, loops and vocals, and Justine Snelgrove contributing saxophone, keyboard, flute and vocals.
Together, they deliver a unique music experience that pays homage to some of the greats.
