About this Event
STEM Summer Program 2025
This program is designed to teach critical STEM-based problem solving skills to middle school students. In this 2-week summer camp, a team of students will be tasked with creating a kit of robotic parts that can be acquired for under $55. Furthermore, they will be tasked to assemble and build GPS controlled and autonomous and mission guided drone. This program is a research answer to ensure that schools and students can access STEM and other educational resources. In addition to that, the team must assemble a manual or instructional videos that explain the basics of programming and robotics. Students will learn alternative energy by building and programming solar cars. All systems should works as expected; they will be field-tested with a group of middle school students, and then the prototype will be manufactured to be used by schools from around the world. There will be a Youth Manufacturing EXPO on Friday 15, 2025.
