A dreamy slow flow followed by a cooling herbal tea, steeped in Reiki-infused waters, and a soft sound bath to let the golden hour magic nourish from the inside out. This is your invitation to melt, to bloom, to steep in the magic of all that you are. A ritual of movement, tea, and tenderness — and a soft descent into deep summer softness.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave and will begin check-in at 3:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 4:05 PM. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for class (Water bottle, etc). We have yoga props available, as well as mat rentals.Please email [email protected] with any questions!
