School Fitness Ireland present Outdoor Fun & FitnessJoin School Fitness Ireland for our Fun & Fitness session which will take place at an Outdoor Venue in Rathfarnham Castle Park.
The session involves Balance and Co-ordination, Dance, Stretching and flexibility, Resistance/conditioning, and Circuits. School Fitness Ireland work to enhance children’s Fundamental movement skills, gross motor skills and locomotor skills. Their main goal is that all the children involved enjoy each aspect of our session, but also to ensure learning outcomes are achieved in each class.
Suitable for children under 12.
On the day ensure you have suitable clothing for the weather, sunscreen and bring plenty of water to keep hydrated.
School Fitness Ireland is trusted by over 300 principals nationwide to deliver their fantastic high quality outsourced P.E. programmes designed for all aged and all levels such as Gymnastics, Zumba, Irish Dancing, Boxercise, Fun and Fitness and Karate.
