School Fitness Ireland present Outdoor GymnasticsJoin School Fitness Ireland for our Gymnastics session which will take place at an Outdoor Venue in Rathfarnham Castle Park
School Fitness Irelands' gymnastics programme is designed to use gymnastics based movements to practice and improve balance, coordination, flexibility and many other essential skills for each child. They will work on movements such as tumbles, gymnastics poses and work towards the cartwheel where possible.
Suitable for children under 12.
On the day ensure you have suitable clothing for the weather, sunscreen and bring plenty of water to keep hydrated.
Please note the 1:30-2.20pm and 4:00-4:40pm session are identical so please only book one.
School Fitness Ireland is trusted by over 300 principals nationwide to deliver their fantastic high quality outsourced P.E. programmes designed for all aged and all levels such as Gymnastics, Zumba, Irish Dancing, Boxercise, Fun and Fitness and Karate.
For this event, priority is given to people living in the South Dublin County area. This may lead to the cancellation of your ticket. We appreciate that this may cause disappointment, but hope for your understanding in this matter. Thank you.
