Summer Speed School 2024
"The Dover Sessions"
We are excited to bring back Speed School for summer 2024. Our Summer '23 and Winter '24 Speed Schools built a great sense of competition with weekly testing and tracking.
Powered by USR (Universal Speed Rating) we will teach athletes the same systems used by top athletes throughout the world and test weekly to see where you stand within our ranks and through the USR database.
Weeks of June 17-August 9
Mondays 9 a.m.
Space will be limited for each session to maximize athlete and coach relationships. There will be group options for College/HS, Middle School, and Youth (9,10) athletes.A 10 a.m. group will open up if spaces become full.
It is recommended that athletes participate in 1-2 days of Speed School per week. There will be a discount credited after registration for multiple booked sessions. Please see below for details.
1x per week= $65
2x per week= $110
3x per week = $145
