I will teach you my husband’s Hungarian family soup which Gi-Gi made every afternoon for lunch during the summer. They are unique and flavorful. The bean is made with fresh green beans, paprika, and herbs, and the zucchini is packed with nutrition, paprika, and lemon giving it a zesty note for an afternoon lunch. Our meal will be served with fresh sourdough bread.
