Carried by sound, we‘ll be journeying with

KIRTAN

In chanting ancient vedic mantras we are opening our throat, our heart and our whole spirit. All is coming together in the experience of collective prayer in the form of our voice and whole being. Connect to your heart and let the bhakti bliss infuse your whole body, mind & soul.


CACAO CEREMONY

Devoting all your longing and desires in a ceremonial prayer. Witnessing and being witnessed in your heart yearning. Letting the medicine of cacao travel through you, widening your heart space and connecting you to your deep inner knowing.

ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic dance is a profoundly powerful practice for honing one's own body awareness and accessing a more natural connection with one's body wisdom. This form of dance also provides us with the opportunity to authentically express ourselves, embracing whatever is present in the moment. Free movement, without constraints or comparisons, in pure connection with oneself, is incredibly healing and empowering.

SOUND HEALING JOURNEY

After opening up your throat, heart and spirit through kirtan & dancing, we are going to rest laying down, bathing in and integrating the vibrations we just created through the healing frequencies of Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs & other therapeutic instruments

This is a guided meditation interacting with all different layers of your being: body, mind, energy, emotions and spirit.

After our celebration, you will

Meet the facilitator

LISA-MARIE SEITER I KIRTAN, YOGA, AYURVEDA, DANCE & MENTORSHIP

Lisa found yoga almost 10 years ago and has been on the path ever since. What started with a purely asana-based yoga practice, has evolved into so much more and has now fully become her life.

Over the years, Lisa was fortunate enough to travel and study from various great teachers all over Europe and India which allowed her to explore various aspects of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, embodiment practices, dance, as well as ayurveda – but it's especially bhakti yoga, the path of love & devotion that has transformed her heart deeply.

Lisa is driven by the desire for more humanity, more vulnerability and connectedness. She's committed to co-create a world that is more sustainable – for us and the planet. A world in which people can express and develop themselves freely and can connect to their innate qualities of joy and contentment. By doing this they feel nourished and whole and it comes naturally to spread love and share their gifts with others. She believes that everyone deserves a life that is not dominated by productivity and "success", but by how much our hearts are filled.

JANA DIELEN I SOUND THERAPY, TRAININGS, SINGING BOWLS MASSAGE, YOGA

On her path of studying, practicing and learning about Sound & Yoga, Jana discovered different styles, techniques and Instruments in various trainings and experiences in India and Berlin.

She is a certified sound therapist and is guiding group meditations, 1:1 sessions and different spaces, like cacao ceremonies since a couple of years.

In her Sound Meditation and Singing Bowl Massage Trainings she is sharing her knowledge and experience with over 100 students this year.

Jana is inspired by the many different layers sound healing and therapy has to offer and is looking forward for new insights, explorations and discoveries within the next years.

ANTONIA SCHMUCK | LIVE DJSET & ECSTATIC DANCE

Antonia's warm and heartfelt nature invites authentic self-expression and connection with the present experience. She believes in the tremendous potential and unique individuality within each of us, which can be embodied through connecting with these qualities. Her vision is to normalize the essence of being human by embracing the diverse colors within us.

As a DJ, Antonia curates a transformative musical journey, allowing free expression through movement. She creates a safe and inclusive space for exploring unique dance expressions.
