As we shift in to the late summer we come together with gratitude in our hearts as we reflect on the abundance which the long summer days has offered us celebrating our growth. As this season comes to an end we use this an opportunity to take some time to pause, rest and reconnect with ourselves.
The theme of the evening is Nourishment.

For the sound bath….sit or lay down, close your eyes and allow the sound to wash away any stresses of your day, as you are filled with the beautiful and powerful vibrations of pure sound. You will experience a number of specially chosen instruments, including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
