Join us this summer at 44th & Wellness in Wheat Ridge, CO for a powerful 4-part Somatic Healing Series that’ll help you get out of your head and back into your body (where the real magic happens). Each session offers a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing that’s accessible, empowering, and deeply nourishing.
Whether you're looking to chill out your nervous system, meet your inner child, or simply feel more at home in your body, we've got a seat (or a yoga mat) waiting for you.

💸 $30 per session | $100 for all 4 (because yes, you're worth it)

MAY 25 – Somatic Yoga with Alexi Neal
Move, breathe, and express in this trauma-informed yoga experience that creates space for self-awareness and healing.
JUNE 22 – Vagus Nerve Reset with Dr. Savannah
Tap into the healing power of your body’s most influential nerve through movement, breathwork, and regulation tools.
JULY 20 – Inner Child Work with Summer Koo
Come home to yourself by connecting with your inner child in a deeply present, heart-centered space of softness and support.
AUG 17 – Connecting the Pieces with All Leaders
Integrate what you’ve learned and walk away with tools to bring this somatic goodness into your daily life.

You will need a YOGA MAT, and a NOTEBOOK! Snacks will be provided following the session.
