Join me for half a day of yoga on the longest day of the year. And if we are lucky we will be outside for all or parts of the workshop ☀️🌳.
This yoga workshop is in celebration of the Summer Solstice and will be held on Saturday the 21st of June from 10 to 13, on the actual solstice when the sun is at the highest point in the sky!

Summer is when many of us can truly come out of our shells after the long winter. The sun nourishes us and we can appreciate the many hours of light giving us energy fundamental to our lives. This is a time to celebrate our own personal growth. Summer also represents warmth, abundance, joy, happiness.

We will work with flowing movement as well as restorative yoga, breathwork/pranayama and Yoga Nidra with the theme of summer as our red thread. Three hours will give you the opportunity to go deep in your yoga practice and the time goes quickly! We will finish with refreshments, a homemade organic & plantbased snack, and closing circle 🌱

Beginners and more experienced yogis welcome, as well as teens. I do speak Danish, but the workshop will be taught in English. Feel free to bring a friend and please share this info with anyone you know who might need/love it ❤
