Yoga Nidra is an easy practice of guided meditation. It literally means Sleep Yoga! That's right, all you have to do is lay down, get cozy, and bliss out! In this workshop, you'll be guided on an inward journey to explore your physical body, your senses, your breath, and your imagination. You'll leave this workshop feeling rested, calm, and blissed out!
Suggested Props: Please dress in layers, as it's common for body temperature to drop during meditation. You are welcome to bring a blanket, small pillow, and any other props you'd like for a long savasana!
