On the evening of the Summer Solstice, we celebrate the height of summer and the longest day of the year.This special occasion allows us to maximise the light around and within us. We need the sunlight to flourish in health and vitality.
In order to fully receive light, it is important to clear and open the chakra system; the system of the body that transports life giving energy and the messages we receive from our Divine self and also from this wonderful planet; directly into our consciousness
Come and enjoy an evening of recalibration as we flow through a yoga class that will balance and align your chakras to clear away negative energies and to help you to process inner conflicts.
We will complete the evening with a 30 minute Chakra Crystal Bowl sound bath to further align and energise your chakra system.
The cost of the evening is just £12. (£13 if paying via PayPal)
