We begin with a 30-45 minute kundalini class (tune-in, kryia, meditation, close out). After moving energy in your body up the chakras, achieving a higher state of consciousness, we lead right into 15-20 mins of WHM breathwork further deepening that higher state. The breathwork will help decrease inflammation in the body, boost immune system and mood as well as get you focused for the final cold exposure meditation. Following the breathwork we will move outside to enjoy the longest day of sunlight of the year and hop in individual ice baths with one-on-one guidance for a 2-5 minute cold experience. Cold exposure will also help decrease inflammation in the body, boost immune system, dopamine levels (by 250%), strengthen circulatory system as well as many others to be discussed.
